Refund policy

We accept returns for up to 14 days after item receipt. If 14 days have passed since your received your item, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Please contact us via email (info@prizeaustin.com) or call/text to (512) 992-9254 within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also contain all included components and be in original packaging.

If the return is approved, we will ship the exchange or issue a refund within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount. You will be refunded for the full amount charged for the item received less the original shipping charges.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Custom orders are FINAL SALE and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

PRIZE Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable..

If applicable, please do not send your purchase back to the original manufacturer.
